Haven Web Services, LLC (hereafter referred to as Haven for legibility) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and
of its interactive products and services. We want to contribute to providing a safe and secure environment for all our clients, customers and visitors.

Finally, please note that this policy applies only to the official Haven web site and other web sites that carry the Haven brand, and not to other companies
or organization’s web sites to which we may link. We have clearly marked our official site and these branded web sites with a disclaimer in the footer section
so you know where this policy applies.
Note also that this policy does not apply to any information voluntarily posted by the Client in any public area of any Haven site, as we cannot control the privacy
of publicly posted information.
"Client": The trader being a company, partnership, sole trader or other organization or any individual which undertakes to accept Haven services.
"Partner", "Affiliate": A third-party organization that provides internet development, hosting and/or internet access services and/or other services to Haven and/or Client.
"Services", "Products": internet web-based services including but by no means limited to web site hosting, design services, public portals, and consultations.
III. COLLECTING CLIENT INFORMATION
In general, our service automatically gathers certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of visitors to Haven sites and their areas, very much
like television ratings that tell the networks how many people tuned in to a program. In addition to this information, many of our sites log the Client’s IP Address
to allow backtracing in case of an offense. This IP Address logging is not publicly visible and is only used by Haven administrators when needed.
Usage data is only used in the aggregate. This data helps us determine how much our Clients use parts of our sites, so we can make improvements as necessary.
Many Haven sites also use an internet technology called "cookies" that stores login information to allow for automatic account sign-in when the Client visits the site.
Haven cookies do not collect or store any personally identifiable information.
Haven may provide statistical information to our Partners about how our members, collectively, use Haven sites. We will never provide individualized information to
Partners or any other Third Party unless instructed to do so by a Court of the United States of America.
How Haven Gathers Information:
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing proprietary information. For instance, by setting a cookie on the site, the Client would not
have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a Client rejects the cookie, they may still use the site. The only drawback to
this is that the Client will need to “log in” on each visit to the Site. No personal information is stored within the cookies used by Haven.
2. Log Files
We use log files to analyse trends, administer the site, track Client's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
3. IP Address
On many Haven sites, your IP Address will be logged based on various actions that you undertake while using the site. This IP Address is the public address of your
Internet Service and is only accessible to Haven administrators. In the event of an offense (legal or otherwise), this IP Address may be used to identify your
internet provider. In the case of a legal offense, your IP Address may be turned over to relevant law enforcement officials or other Third Parties (such as your
internet provider) to help close the issue.
4. Collecting Personal or any Specific Information via On-Line Forms
We may specifically ask for information about you when you sign up to use a free service, or when you order a product or service. We may ask for certain information
-- such as email address, name, billing address, telephone, and credit card or other payment-related information -- in order to provide that service or product to you.
We may use that information to let you know of additional products and services about which you might be interested. You can choose not to receive such information
if you don't want to by letting us know of your wishes.
IV. USE AND RETENTION OF CLIENT INFORMATION
Haven collects, retains and uses only the information about our Client's that is required to administer Haven business and provide high-level services to our
Clients. We retain this information no longer than necessary to meet these objectives. From time to time you may receive an email from Haven relating to announcements
relevant to your services or accounts with the company, or for account-related, site-related, or billing-related communications. Client information will never be used
for any Third Party solicitous purposes unless as outlined in section IX: Restrictions on the Disclosure of Information.
V. MAINTENANCE OF ACCURATE INFORMATION
Haven has established procedures so that a Client's financial and personally identifiable information is accurate, current and complete in accordance with reasonable
commercial standards. Any request to correct inaccurate information is responded to within a timely manner.
VI. LIMITING EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO INFORMATION
All Haven employees are educated about the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Only those employees having a business reason for knowing such information
have access to personally identifiable information.
VII. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION VIA ESTABLISHED SECURITY PROCEDURES
Haven maintains rigorous security standards and procedures regarding unauthorised access to Client information. Therefore we do not intend to send or receive any
sensitive information such as credit card information in an unprotected way, such as unencrypted e-mails.
VIII. MAINTAINING CLIENT PRIVACY IN BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THIRD PARTIES
Haven does not use or disclose information about your individual visits to Haven sites or information that you may give Haven directly in the course of doing business, such as your email address, name, physical or mailing address,
telephone number, or any payment information to any outside companies.
IX. RESTRICTIONS ON THE DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Haven provides information about Client's accounts or other personally identifiable data to Third Parties only when:
1) The information is provided to help complete a Client-initiated transaction,
2) The Client requires it,
3) The disclosure is required by/or allowed by law,
4) It is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
X. DISCLOSURE OF PRIVACY PRINCIPLES TO CLIENTS
Haven Clients have the right to know what information we keep about them and how the information is used. Clients have the right to have any inaccurate information
corrected or deleted.
XI. UNSOLICITED EMAIL POLICY
Unsolicited email (aka spam) is becoming an increasing nuisance to internet users. Unsolicited email can cause inconvenience, annoyance and expense to recipients.
Haven does not condone such practices in any form, nor do we sanction such applications by other websites.
